Located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, our 5,000-square-foot coastal-inspired venue offers a beautiful, versatile setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, corporate events, private parties, community gatherings, and more.
 

With room for up to 150 guests, The Gray Room is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to create a seamless celebration, including a fully equipped catering kitchen, tables and chairs, and a state-of-the-art sound system. Our flexible space gives you the freedom to make your event your own, while our experienced team is here to help bring every detail together from start to finish.

  • FULL-SERVICE EVENT PLANNING

    For those who want a seamless, start-to-finish planning experience, our Platinum Package provides comprehensive event planning and coordination. From sourcing vendors and developing your event design to managing setup, timelines, and execution, our team is there every step of the way.
    Includes:

    • Comprehensive event planning from start to finish

    • Includes everything from above package

    • Sourcing, securing, and managing all vendors

    • Tailored event design with a detailed mood board

    • In-depth design and check-in meeting

    • Custom event layout creation and execution

    • Final walkthrough to ensure perfection

    • Full event setup and seamless breakdown of all decor

  • TAILORED EVENT PLANNING

    Looking for expert guidance while keeping some of the planning in your hands? Our Gold Package offers personalized support throughout the planning process, from vendor recommendations and layout design to event-day coordination.

    Includes:

    • Up to four hours of pre-event management and planning

    • Day-of-event support as Venue Event Coordinator

    • Unlimited basic questions through phone or email

    • Thoughtfully designed event layout provided for your approval

    • Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, including setting linens, cushions and place settings

    • Day-of Timeline management

    • Day-of Vendor Management

    • One site visit 1-2 weeks prior to event
